- 1 + ⅔ cups tablespoon of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¾ teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cups chocolate chips of your choice
Steps:

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (180C)
- Add in butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl. With your electric mixer, turn on medium speed until nice and creamy (roughly a minute)
- In a separate bowl, mix together the baking soda, salt, and flour
- Then, slowly add the dry ingredients in step 3 to your butter/sugar mixture in step 2 with low speed. Scrape the bowl then increase speed to medium for another 30 seconds until the mixture is well combined.
- Add chocolate chips and caramel bits to the dough then stir to combine
- Place your cookies about 2 inches apart on the baking sheet or parchment paper
- Bake for 7-10 minutes, then remove from oven and allow cookies to cool down for at least 10-15 minutes before eating

- Rainbow sprinkles (optional)
